hey so i got 91 integra with a b18a1 but it has a b18b valve cover. the cars been sitting for a few months and when i started it today steam was pulsating out of the pcv valve spot on top of the valve cover does anyone know what would cause this? thanks

 

theres also a boiling sound coming from the motor any ideas?

 

Check out the valve cover gaskets, replace the PCV valve, etc.

Usually anytime I've seen something like this is usually an indication of a cracked ringland.

I would start with doing a compression and or leakdown test and go from there.

So I checked the compressin. I got cyl 1. 155 2.. 150 3. 125 4.140 so that wouldn't be a ringland would it?

 

could be a head gasket look at the oil and coolant
