CARB = California Air Resource Board.

I added the full name so that potential buyers could see the state in which the car was certified.

the California Air Resource Board dosent do the actual certification there the ones that make the restrictions, thats why the sticker says bureau of automobile repair not California Air Resource Board

 

If I incorrectly named my post then I apologized. The car has a BAR sticker from the state of California. It meets all restrictions set forth by the CARB.
