Default JDM H22 into Ek hatch

Hey guys working on a new project for my ek hatch. jdm h22a. Going into my 96 ek hatch and got a couple of questions.

1. I have this black box with a green plug at the top next to my distributor and i have no clue what it is

2. My distributor has another plug coming from the bottom of it would i have to change the whole distributor to a usdm one?

3. My alternator belt is the same as the ac belt and i want to take the ac component off but the belt would be too long for just the alternator. What belt would i have to use if i take the ac off?

4. In the back of my intake manifold i have a pulley just like my throttle cable from the fuel pressure regulator. What is that and do i need anything for it?

5. What slave cylinder do i use? The one on the jdm h22 looks like its already hooked onto the tranny.

6. What wire harness do i use? Should i use a 96 EX harness? I know i need the obd1 conversion, but donno about the harness.

Sorry for all the questions, im new to h22's. Id appreciate the help, and info.

first thing first. your motor more than likely isnt jdm..reasons from viewing pix
1. external ignition coil
2. oil pressure switch on vtec solenoid
read the engine stamp and tell us what it says....prob h22a1 or something
on to your questions
1. external ignition coil
2. that seems to be an usdm dizzy. the extra plug runs to the ignition coil
3.just take the belt off, wrap it around the crank pulley and alternator. pull one end tight and mark the other end off. that will give u approx belt lenght
4.that controls the butterflies inside the manifold. works off vacuum
5.doesnt matter. its supposed to be connected to the tranny..
6. use 96 ex harness. will have to be modified a little. and you dont have to go to obd1.. just gives you better capabilities when it comes to actual tuning

one hell of a swap to try and take on without much knowledge of it.
