does anyone know what kit this is?

ive seen this kit online places looks nice. does anyone know what its called or where i can get it?

I've just went through my entire accord magazine (one&only accord wagon V2) and didn't find this front lip.

We do this one - looks very similar. The original came off a JDM import, no brand name on it though.

are u guys sure that just a lip on the there?the front bumper kinda looks like it extends out more than the oem bumper, or that could just be me.
