I have a manual transmission, so when i let off of the cluch and slam it into
1st gear it boggs out like its not getting enough gas or the compression in the pistons are bad. It does the same for 2nd gear as well.

What should i do?

 

could be the dizzy n spark plugs

 

Buy some seafoam and put it in your gas tank when you go to fill it up next time before you pump the gas... try spark plug wires and the plugs and the distributor and rotoary button might be misfire also

 

You need to give more information than that to try and diagnose the issue. While honda-tec is a good resource for Honda's you are not going to get too much specific trouble shooting specific to the 3rd gen Prelude.
