i am about to put in a b18c into my other 98 civic and i have a couple of questions. my first swap was done by a friend who doesnt live in the area anymore so i need some advice. i have a b18c1 JDM with a 99 si rear mount and a/c mount. i bought an excidy 10 pound flywheel, act stage 3 street clutch kit, greddy evo exhuast, aem power pullies, aem CAI, MSD cap , MSD box, MSD blaster coil, and MSD wires. i also am going to get a new oil filter, oil and plugs. is there anything else you think i will need for the swap.

i plan on putting a turbo or the vortech kit later so i wasn't going to bother with a header right now. i will also be getting a in tank full pump, aem fuel fiter, fuel rail and regulater.

are there any special wiring concerns i should be aware of. i have a p72 ecu with an obd conversion harness. it will be going into a 98 civic hx. i know i will need o wire the knock sensor but what other wires will i need to wire. will i need to wire the v-tec siliniod becuase the hx has vtec-i (crappy v-tec)?

while the engine is out do the water pump and timing belt.

As far as wiring goes, dont forget to wire up the secondary butterfly switch under the manifold if you plan on keeping the stock one.
