Default 10.93 on 10psi in my CRX

setup

Stock Sleeve LS VTEC
Probe Pistons 10:1 compression
Eagle Rods
B16a Head
GSR Cams
Manley Valve Springs
Manley Retainers
Hondata S300
Stock Fuel Rail (my fuel problem)
880cc Injectors
255 Walbro Fuel Pump

Full Race manifold
Turbonetics t3/60-1 .77ar
Elston Headers Downpipe
Yonaka 26x12x4 intercooler

Stock b16a transmission
Competition Clutch Stage 5
DSS Level 3.9 axles
M&H 25x8.5x13
13" Volks TE-37's

My car made 342whp on 10psi. Turning the boost any higher made the injectors go 100% and it would lean out at higher RPMs.

First off congrats thats an awesome time for that power. Second your stock fuel rail is not your problem, I have made 540whp with a stock rail. With a 255 and 880cc injectors you should be able to make close to 500whp no problem. There is something else that is limiting you

Was this car red at one point?

I may have seen it when I was down at Pinks All Out @ Rockingham in 2007. I remember talking with ATYPR down there and his friend had a red CRX.

Either way, cool car and good run on 10psi. I went 11's on street tires in my EG on a bone stock engine and essentially a drag turbo kit on 10psi and pump gas. I had a little more aggressive tune on my engine with eagles/wisecos and made around the same power as you on 10psi and I swear that engine would have went mid-low 11's in a heavier car. My 1/8th mile times were showing that it would have.

Good luck with it.

congrats... but stock fuel rail is not your issue... I had a stock fuel rail on my 88 crx hf made over 600 whp...with the factory fuel filter and banjo fittings...that was with 1000cc I made 550 whp on 880's the problem could be the regulator or the fuel pump. When I ran a 255 in my crx, I ran a dedicated 30 amp relay direct to the fuel pump, I also had a aftermarket regulator. We ran stock rails on the chevy cobalts and made over 1000 whp....
Put a fuel gauge on the rail and make sure that the pressure is not droping off at wot...

why quote the whole damn post.

nice time for such low boost. but i can see the car is light as hell so it would add up. would be even faster once u figure out your fuel issue.
but u deff can get about 500whp out of that setup. take the filters out of the injectors & that will help *** well with flow.

The car made over 400 whp a few years ago. The only changes that was made to the car was it went from a s200 to a s300 and he robbed his AEM fuel rail off of it for his other car. He has one of the older small cast b16a fuel rail on it, not one of the later fuel rails. I made well over 400 whp with a newer rail and a stock regulator.

We will be adding a dedicated relay for the fuel pump, a new rail, and a aftermarket regulator.....and a S80 GSR trans with a LSD. Jonathan post pics of the transmissions from pinks, lol.

Something similar happened to me with my open dif GSR tranny. Tooth broke off from a spyder gear and destroyed a bunch of junk.

Yep, I guess that I can not complain about it though. That tranny last several years, and was beat on religiously on the street with various tires and power levels.
