im debating on the injen cai and aem cai for my 05 rsx-s. im leaning towards the injen as i've found them cheaper than the aem's and i hear they make a little more power. now every site i've found them on says they're CARB pending. i remember seeing a thread either on here or another site saying they were CARB legal but didnt come with the EO number and you had to talk directly with injen to get the little number placard. can anyone confirm or deny this? im ready to buy and this is the deciding factor.
I think the only way to be positive would be to call them like Kev said. You will prolly find out quicker that way instead waiting for someone to reply that actually knows for sure.
Every product with an EO number is available for viewing on the CARB website. 02-04 Type S injen intakes have EO numbers. 02-06 base model injen intakes have EO numbers. For whatever reason 05-06 Type-S injen intakes DO NOT have EO numbers. (BTW Im a smog tech and I have a reference guide handy )
