So I had a stateref inspection today. (was pulled over and given one for no reason..) so i went in today and was told that I have no evap system? and the wrong gsr intake manifold. He says I need to change my intake so there is a throttle body on the intake to connect to the evap system once i put the evap system in.

Anyone have any input on this? Do I really need to change my intake manifold? Also he stated that evap systems are only in the engine bay of OBD1 Cars. If i took a Evac system out of a 94-95 LS/RS/GS would it work the same? Thank You
