Default transmission rebuild on my own. Input appreciated

So i have the tranny apart (B18B1)

the case is off and the parts are out.

I labeled everything and layed them aside in bags to prevent dust/dirt getting in.

I pulled the ISB and this was the reason it came apart because it had failed, but some damage to the case inside occured from prying on the screwdriver etc, see picture below.

#1 question is how can i fix the small dmg here, there is none where the oil seal sits but just where the isb sits.

#2 question is any1 have a write up on how the mainshaft assembles? upon taking mine out the top portion came apart and i wanna get it back together properly.

upon conclusion ill need a video or write up on how to assemble the case again, i notice there are springs and **** inside the top portion, also there is a little tiny ball that came out somewhere on the tranny and i dont know where it goes back.

also the magnet is very loose and just sits in the socket it feels like if i put it back like that ittl be so lose inside the tranny?

also can i get a list of bearings is hould replace while this is open?

im replacing all the seals of course

and the isb

was wondering if i could just clean the countershaft needlebearing and oil sender plate and reuse or just replace?

also what other ones should be replaced
