i've heard some things that all b series heads are machined the same. so if that were true then you should b able to swap the head internals (i.e. rockers, cams, springs, valves) from a gsr/b16 into a b18 a/b head. i just need some clarification on whether its possible and why it wouldn't b possible?

umm nooo way it cant . well i think you cant, the lobes are a tad bit bigger thats why the grs cams have the guards 2 keep them in place
