after a fresh swap from a b16a to b18c (both jdm), ive been having problems. my car bogs out when i give it gas sometimes, not all the time. it idles fine. it used to start up perfect, now i gotta give it some gas.

two days ago i checked the cels and i was getting codes 14 (IACV (EACV) - idle air control valve) and 21 (VTEC spool solenoid valve). today i decided to check them again and its throwing the same ones but with 7 (TPS - throttle position sensor) as well.

so far i have cleaned both the IACV and the vtec solenoid. nothing has changed.

any suggestions?

oh and the car is an obd1 95 del sol running on a jdm p72
