well youd have to build up the motor from the inside so that would be like new cams, pistons, rods, blah blah blah so on and so forth everyone tells me all motor is a waste of time and that youd be better off just boosting <_<

your advice on an all motor forum is boost?

To the OP: the bottom end should be good to 220hp, so just focus on the correct combos of bolt on's and cams. Im sure a set of stage two cams and good (i.e. hytech, toda, skunk2) bolt-on's with a good street or dyno tune (not optional if you want to break 200hp), should get you where you wanna go.

im in the procces of ordering parts for my h22 , your best bet is
je pistons 12.0.1 comp
eagle rods
skunk2 pro 2 cams
skunk 2 head work , valves springs rets etc
hondata
arp bolts throughout
acl bearings
and a decent exhaust/intake will see you gaining wel over your desired amount mate

so you had the car dyno'd ? 161 wheel torque is really good for what you mentioned you have done to the engine. to get 200ft/lbs of torque to the wheels you would need a larger crank, probably at least 95mm, and a h2b conversion with something like a b16 tranny. oh and not to mention some major headwork and pretty large cams. check out the allmotor dyno thread and see how many h22s you can find breaking 200wtq. or better yet, search for a thread by NAH2B. im not saying its impossible but you gotta have a big wallet and know what your doing. is this for a daily driven car?

there's a thread in the hybrid section for h22 questions. not trying to be an ******* but i didn't quite understand your first sentence. this is the all-motor section so your not going to be getting much feedback about forced induction information. but you might want to take your questions or concerns to the forced induction section. if you want to gain knowledge you're going to have to do some reading like a lot of us have done. there's plenty of useful information here on HT, nobody's going to spoon feed you knowledge.

You will never get 200wheel tq without increasing the stroke and displacement. 180's is really doubtfull as far as tq goes on the stock bottom end. Although if you threw a bottle on it you could get that tq.
