I want a blue or black suede drift wheel. I found one a while back on ebay for 26 bucks shipped. it was great, its just that suede is hard as hell to keep up. If I could find more of them that cheap, hell, i'd buy a new one every month or two, I just cant find anything for less than 90 bucks. my question is does anyone know where they are available? I know theres tons of them on ebay but they're all leather, not suede. thanks

 

well you get what you pay for and a cheap suede steering wheel would prob get worn out the first time you use it, its prob wortyh it to spend the extra money for a quality one from personal or companies like that.

It didnt even really get worn out, just dirty. no matter the quality, its still gonna get dirty and its a bitch to clean. thats why id rather just find more cheap ones so I can just buy a new one when it gets too bad.

 

What makes a steering wheels a drift wheel?

 

well, anything can be i guess, but im talking about what is generally refered to as a "drift" wheel. aka "deep dish"

since when do people refer to a deep wheel as a drift wheel? hrmm you need to find out WHY the wheel is like that in the first place before you buy it lol. And a 26 dollar wheel sounds pretty safe to me...

and i would just hunt EBAY again if I were you. Or google it...I bet cheap "drift" wheels are being sold at every on-line get some money quick accessory store.

Ive been looking everywhere. I cant find a damn thing. of course its safe, why wouldnt it be? its a piece of metal wrapped in foam and leather, whats so complicated about it? its really not something that should ever cost more than a hundred dollars. I didnt decide it should be called a "drift wheel", it just is. search ebay for "drift steering wheel" and deep dish wheels are pretty much all that come up. does anyone know where I can find one or not? I dont need to hear "buy something more expensive" and "if it was only 26 dollars then it was a piece of crap". I just want help finding some.

 

you're right, momo/personal/atc don;t test their wheels. it's just metal and foam. why pay more?!
