Default JDM GSR bogs out at 5000 rpm

Hey i have a 2000 integra with a obd2 B18c and it worked fine until the other day i was driving it and it started making this loud "crossover" noise when you got up to about 4000rpm .. then you keep going to 5000rpm's and it cuts out/ bogs out..

It has the stock gsr ecu in it now and the only thing aftermarket on the engine is the skunk2 manifold and aem cold air intake..

it was not tuned for the manifold but it worked fine when i bought it and driven it for 2 weeks or so..

the day after this started happening i threw a code when i started it but then i turned it off and turned it back on and it went off.. the code was for the throttle positioning sensor..

Thanks for any help.

Nick
