This will be a semi streetcar. Just for going to meets or time-attack
The doors are bought off a friend of mine. paid $300 for them. Making the front fenders myself at the moment.
The goal is to make as much kevlar parts as possible to reduce weight.
(Mirrordeletes) I made one myself. The trick is to measure/make a exact mold of the door to make it fit perfect when you're done. You could try to make 3 parts of the delete and fiberglass them together to make it fit. (I tried this and this works)

actually it isnt difficult at all to make such a part yourself, REDBRAINZ correct me if I am wrong but I believe the steps are:
1)wipe the original door(or any other part) clean
2)wax and gelcoat(fiberglass type)the door/part
3)lay a sheet of fiber and have it surpass the area you want to cover
4)brush it with polyester and clean the fiber/polyester of air bubbles by bursting them with your fingers.
5)lay 2nd -3rd -4th sheets and wait 4-8 hours or more to cure depending on outside temp
6)pry off the product once rock solid.
the above will get you a mould,you will now have the outside of the doors shaped within this mould,this means that if you should repeat steps 1-2-3-4-6 and only use 1 or 2 layers for step 5 you will actually get a replica of the door in the fiber of your choice(fiberglass,carbon or kevlar) by using this mould.
this task isnt rocket science but it sure does take skill,patience and hardwork to do it.

REDBRAINZ, give us alittle specs on this thing,what does it weight?
did you do a comparison from stock to kevlar? and what did you use for the install,sika sealer?
and where are you from? is this the netherlands?

why Kevlar? what made you choose kevlar over carbon,I believe carbon is both lighter and more easily found isnt it?
how many layers is there,how thick?
hopefully you have these doors UV protected?

Due to 2 accidents involving my daily Ford Focus and my girls del sol I had no time to spend on the civic. I'm well but my daily is totaled and the del sol has a dent worth $800 repair costs.....
Nevertheless:
This stuff is used to make the mold come loose after the mold is hardend. Just wax in wax out like you would do to make the car shine:

Stuff I need:

-resis
-harderener
-latex gloves
-poly fabric
-cups
-etc
Just mix some hardener and resin en "paint" the part. Put some fabric and "paint" again
Put some plastic over it and tape it firm

This is the OEM door with all sorts of ledges to put the rubbers in. My doors don't have any ledges so I did this:

I used the OEM clips in the OEM doors.
Also had to cut some parts of the rubber to make it fit:


The outer doorrubbers need to be glued.
