Is this a legit site? I ordered tires from them 4 days ago, and payed for express shipping. I still haven't got the tires , and I tried emailing them for a tracking/confirmation number, and I got a mailerdamon letter back saying its a invalid email address. Anyone ever dealt with shopsat.com?

did you call them? next time go with an established company like tire rack or discount tire direct.

 

tire rack didnt have 195-45-15's otherwise it would have been my first choice.. i didnt know any other sites besides tire rack, so i googled the size i needed, and ordered from them.

 

eek.... I'd get on the phone and try calling... if no, call your credit card company and get it cancelled..

They updated their facebook recently, so i'd assume they still have the doors open. Give them a call, perhaps you were just sent a bad e-mail address.

nope. i called them and they told me that they dont carry 195-45-15's anymore, so they put me on the waiting list until they were going to get a company that still makes them to ship to them. and they still processed the credit card. i told them just cancel the order and forget about having me as a customer anymore.

if something like this were to happen, shouldnt they tell the customer, thats card got processed? i had to go on ebay and order some cause i couldnt find a company that still sells this size.
