b16a2 water temp sensor plug ?

Default b16a2 water temp sensor plug ?
my buddy has a b16a2 and the water temp sensor plug is broke, the one tht threads into the head not the connector on the harness...can that be replaced with a d series plug? or does it have to b from a b series?

It can be from a d series.... I've done it plenty of times... never had a problem
