Hey, I know. Why don't you send me my muffler before you rip all these other guys off? Or, better yet, return my emails or my $70.

I would really like to cancel my complaint I filed to Paypal. Give me a REAL tracking number and I will. I'm not gonna sit here and let you **** anyone else over.

damn really did seem to good to be true.

 

I cannot in good faith advise anyone buy from this guy. He may be a stand up guy, but he has not done right by me.

On August 12th, I contacted Kyle here about a Honda S2000 muffler he had advertised on thepartstrader.com. He emailed the next day, telling me that it was polished, and he would give me pics. A few days passed, and he couldn't get pics, so i told him nevermind on the pics, and go ahead and send a money request on Paypal.

He did so, for $70. That night II paypalled him the cash, and got an email in response saying, cool, it'll go out in a few days.

I waited a week, and didn't hear anything. I emailed him asking about the status. He emailed back that he had been busy, and that the item would "go out this week for sure" and he would email me a tracking number.

The week passes, and I email him. No response. I email him again. No response. This goes on for 4 days. I send him a final email, stating that if I don't hear from him, I will file a complaint with paypal.

To this day, still no reply. So I filed.

I get an email from Paypal, stating that Kyle says the part was shipped, and he gave them an USPS tracking number. Paypal gives me this number, and the tracking number is for a part that was shipped out by him to someone in L.A., more than a week before I ever contacted him. The shipping address I gave him was for Reno, NV.

He has responded to Paypal with incorrect information, yet he will not respond to me. He has many email addresses, and two usernames on this board. This will also go in the tread at the top of this forum, with more information. I have his address in Converse, TX. As well as about 5 of his email addresses.

 

the cost on those things are 113.00 a piece even with a big buyin looks to good to be true!!

Kyle. My item, or my $70. I have NO problem ******* every post you make until then. It's NOT a difficult concept. My next step will be posting your name, phone number, and address in the scammers thread at the top of this forum. Then I go to HondaClassifieds.com, and then thepartstrader.com. $70 may not be much to you, but it is to me.
