Ac help please

Alright, recently my 1997 crv started having a new problem. Air only comes out of the vents when the **** is positioned on high. Any advice on what I need to replace would be much appreciated. Thanks

fan speed control is out (blower resestor) its located behind the glove box in the blower motor housing has four wires to it .. napa auto parts has it instock
