Default Torque Mount Bolt

Tranny side torque mount bolt won't go all the way in.

I'm not referring to the 3 that go into the tranny itself, but on the mount that connects to the chassis. One bolt goes in fine, but the other becomes resistant halfway in.

I'm afraid if i force it in, i'll strip it, or i couldn't get it back out w/o damaging something. What would you do? I've already tried wd-40, and even a different bolt itself. Any more ideas?

You can get them at Sears, auto part stores, etc. Industrial tool suppliers have some of the best sets I found.
