Default v2v clearance & lash

What are safe margins for Jun 3 camshafts? I have only 0.7mm clearance at 0,0 ?

yes I saw that thread, but it still doesn't answer my question:
I know 0.40" / 1mm is a safe margin. Maybe a stupid question but does this involve 0 lash or the cold manufacturer settings?
So is i0, e1 safe (0.17/0.19 lash) or i0, e4 (0 lash), both having 0.9 mm clearance?
