d16y7 engine, looking for fita valve, ways to increase idle??
d16y7 engine, cleaned idle sensor. engine reved up and down, 800-2000 rpm when warmed. idle works now, but it surges 400-800 when stopped and shakes car. removed t/b and cleaned in and out. retorqed to spec. vac lines appear ok. removed pvc valve and cleaned, a pain in the butt. New ox sensors before and after catt. currantly, headgasket leaks compression into cooling system, but no coolant in oil yet. adjusting idle to 1000 throws a idle ctrl syst malfunction code.

p1336? cause that could be related to your crank position sensor? if it was bouncing up and down at idle when warm a new IACV should do the trick try burping the coolant aswell

does the iac uasualy go bad? i cleaned it. burp the coolant by raising the car w/ heat on full w/ rad cap off right?
