not too shabby my best time with a d16y8 in my 96 civic coupe was 15.699

god damn, thats hella runs.... we normally go out to sac for CMI... im starting to think they are ripping us off....

what day did you go to sears point?.... i was thinking about going but my funds held me back...
i need to get my current motor prep so i can have some fun before i put it on the sideline.....

Any good words about those tires? HOw do they handle?

Sorry to be off topic but am looking for a new set of tires.

 

I have seen a local run 15.2 in a cx with the single cam vtec.

These tires are great! They grip so well (i had decent 60ft times to proove). I drop the clutch anywhere from 2000-3000rpm, they spin the slightest bit, and then grip. Im buying another set when these go.

Great times! I wish my motor wasn't in the pig I have, then maybe I could feel some speed out of it.

 

My car is alot lighter than your coupe. Add some bolt ons and a lightened flywheel and it will fly!
