Default F1 racing clutch kit w/ fly wheel, trans service

I heard good stuff about this clutch kits, so I'll give them a shot. It's a stage 2 clutch kit w/ light flywheel. Just wondering, the clutch is not that heavy at all. I mean my stock ej6 is more harder to push. Is this normal? Other thing i service my trans put 2.2 quarts of 10w 30. What a good additives to put? Kind a grinds in reverse. Tnx
