like the title states...

is there a difference with the jdm crx corners and the 90-91 usdm crx corners?

(BESIDES THE OBVIOUS COSMETIC LOOK...IM TALKING ABOUT FITMENT IN THE MOST PART)

thanks in advanced

Fitment is the same. However, the JDM uses single bulb and USDM uses 2 bulbs. If you have 89 CRX, you'll need to change out the two little plastic clips in the fender so the 90-91 corner can slip on without the screws.

You will need either 90-91 corner lights or actual jdm corners. Bcause you have a 89 these lights are meant to be screwed into place on the outside. But both 90-91 usdm and jdm corners screw in on the inside. Usdm headlights have an extra tab on the brackets that allow the corner lights to screw into place, on the jdm lights this tab is built into the actual headlight housing.

The 88-89 corners will work if you're in a bind. Just have to cut off the top legs and zip tie

I actually prefer them over the 90-91 because they allow for more adjustability.

How does it allow for more adjustment when they are screwed in by 2 screws on the outside and tabs on the headlights?????

i dont like the screws. i have the two black metal pieces for the first slip of the corners. would that be enough or do i still need the plastic fender pieces?

Just try it and you'll see. The screw holes are a little oversized thus allowing some slight adjustment, not a lot, but enough to wiggle up down forward & back.
