Default Horn not working

Hey guys, I'm new to H-T and I got a 96 Integra. I was wondering what are some things that can cause a horn not to work? Just to let you guys know I bought the car that way and am clueless to this subject. Thanks!

Blown fuse, blown horn, bad relay, connection problems.

Do you have a multimeter or 12V test light?

Start troubleshooting by checking the fuse then testing the horn(s), unplug the connector and supply power and ground directly to horn from batt., if horn(s) sound, have someone press horn button while you test for power at the horn plug, test for ground at horn plug.

If no power at horn plug, [when button pressed] check the horn relay, check for power to the relay, [2 pins should be hot, on small and one large], use jumper to jump the large pins, if horn sounds, check for ground on, [while button pressed] on the small pin that does not have power. 94

Yeah I have a 12 v test light, so far I've checked all the fuses and have checked with the test light the power that goes to the horn and there's power going to the horn plus all the fuses are working. Not really sure what's going on lol.

If you get 12V power at the plug to horn, [when pressing horn button] it means fuse is good, relay is good, wiring to horn plug is good, [12V], test for ground at the horn plug, if ground is good, the horn itself is bad.

Confirm horn is bad by supplying power and ground, [jumper leads from batt.] directly to horn. 94

Also did that, but it's still not working. I think someone told me it could be the clock spring I believe?
