How much did it cost to resurface the flywheel ? My dream is buy a jdm b16, and open it up to find some top notch jdm parts stuffed in to it..... I see it happen all the time, friend of mine got toda c's in his b16, while a friend of his got an aftermarket lsd, lightened flywheel, racing clutch, along with a fully balanced engine.

I'm doing the same swap within a year, but on a CRX.

What problems did you occur, what extra parts did you buy, i.e. integra speedo cable?

Cost.

Thanks, great pics!

the fuel system was trashed, new tank new pump new sending unit (thing that tells the guage whats left) lines were alright
90-93 teg throttle cable
90-93 axles (HMO sent me SIR halfshaft and 90-93 axles: / the 90-93 teg halfshaft is in the mail now from him!)
the dam 8mm punch for the shift linkage.
hasport shift linkage, hasport mounts, i actually used a hasport harness for VTEC. if u dont dothat u need pins for the ECU side of the wiring.
alot of paitence and the ability to spend extra cash if u need to. i did not have that ability so this project took 4 months
also get the timing belt, waterpump, and tensioner pulley. get new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. get a new clutch and have the flywheel resurfaced if possible. if not buy a new flywheel. new trans fluid, new coolant and oil/filter. get new radiator hoses. dont forget the clamps for them
