I see your topic has been moved to the Wheel and Tire forum. Just FYI, we don't allow discussions of color here, because it's so opinion based, under the philosophy that you can figure it out yourself.
175/70-13 is the best size tire for your CRX. The problem is that they don't make any really good street tires in 13" sizes any more. There are NO really good all-season tires or summer tires available in 13" sizes. The only summer tire is the crappy but cheap Sumitomo HTR 200, and if you need to use these tires occasionally in snow, and there aren't any tires in the performance all-season categories. There are some decent winter tires available in 175/70-13 though.
If you're really interested in performance tires, you might want to consider getting a set of 14" or larger wheels.

AND they're crappy tires. You can get the same crappy tires in 175/70-13, which is the best 13" size for your car.
If you want a "look" with shorter sidewalls, the proper way to do it is to get larger diameter wheels with the same outer diameter on the tires - like 15" wheels with 195/50-15. NOT by getting tires that are ridiculously tiny.
