1990 Honda Hatch back SI (Not Running)

Car was smog on January 2010, tags up to date until Nov 2010
Single Cam V
Skunk2 Cam Gear
DC headers
Straight pipe
Stock Interior
Hx wheels
HID's
coilovers (unknow brand)
Short shifter
front & Rear strut bars
Front & rear lip
Honda Bra
Side markers
Front Honda mud flaps
Sunroof (It's cracked, needs replacement)
Brand new NGK spark plugs
Brand new spark plug wires
Mobil 1 synthetic oil

The car just got a single cam v-tech swap. Everything is done except for the distributor. The car is NOT running. ( I have a p28 ecu I will Include) Needs to be finish. I don't know about mechanic much. I DO NOT have the right distributor. I don't have money at all to spend on this car. My friend is helping with everything but i just don't have the time to deal with it.
To get it running you need the jumper harness and a distributor ( I have a p28 ecu I will include)
The car also comes with jdm fog lights. I only cut out one hole, lol then got bored. Reason for selling because I need money to pay my bills and a stupid ticket.
