hey guys i have the 99-00 front end on my ek hatch( currently i have the regular ex grill) and i was wondering if there was a way to buy the SI grill center part and transfer it over to the ex grill molding?

 

it would be easier to just swap grills instead of swaping over parts to make it work

 

ya i kno but its way cheaper than buying a new grill and getting it color matched to the paint i have.

im just seeing if there was a way to swap over without any mods.. thanks

 

Yes. If you take the grille out and flip it over, there is a bunch of screws holding the center peice to the outer grille peice. It's actually two peices so you should be able to swap it over in a matter of mins (depending on your skill level). I painted mine a few weeks ago, It took me 3mins to take apart

Yes, if your EX grille is from a 99-00, it should fit no problem. If it wasn't raining here, i'd pull mine off to show you.
