if you have a 96 accord, you will need to remove the screws at the rear corners, bolts and clips underneath the car, sidemarker lamps, bumper lamps, and the grille. Now remove the push clips along the top and behind the sidemarkers. If the bumper has never been removed and the retainers that hold it to the rebar are still installed under the headlights, you will need to remove the 4 12mm bolts behind the bumper lamps (extension and socket through the light pockets) and take the rebar off with the cover since there is no way to get the clips off that are under the headlights and you can't take the headlights out without taking off the bumper. you can just reinstall the rebar by itself, then add the cover to it and leave off the push clips that were under the headlights.
