Went for New Hampshire inspection. Tech said pass side inner tie rod JUST made it under the tolerance play. Needs replacing. Just did all wheel beating and the outer tie rods with Moog greeseable problem solvers. How hard is it to replace the inner, do I need to replace the steering rack boot at the same time?

you don't have to replace the boots, but unless they look as good as new you may as well since you'll have to remove them to install the joint, and they don't cost too much.

it's been a while since i've done one on an accord but IIRC you can do it without removing the rack. it can be a pain though.
