Default *noob question* re: fitting '04 STI rims onto RSX

I have rims from an '04 STI rims, the bolt pattern is 5x100. RSX fits 5x114.3. What type of adapter will I need? Is it 5x100 to 5x114.3, or is it 5x114.3 to 5x100? Also, is it safe to use these rims with an adapter? Any dangers?

You would need a 5x114.3 to 5x100 adapter.

and keep in mind the suburu's wheels are 56.1 center bore so if you want to go lug and hub centric the opening of the spacer needs to be 64.1 mm and the part that goes into the rims needs to be 56.1 mm
