messed up suspension help?

messed up suspension help?
so i threw stock 96 civic springs on my integra and i even cut 2 things off of it to make it a little bit lower.....it sits like a monster truck in the back now. i left the lowering springs i had in the front cause i didnt have any extra front ones. is it going to settle or is it going to stay up that high? the space between the top of the tire and bottom of the quarter panel is about 6-8" i want to say.
