As the title says i have a 1981 volkswagen rabbit pickup truck for trade i miss my honda so i want another one. The truck is diesel and gets about 40 mpg runs and drives fine needs alot of minor things and some major welding. The bed is rusted out not all the way but enough the rear shocks are gone on the front are new raceland coilovers it rides pretty good just a little bumpy. The pass floor is also rusted but solid enough to carry a passenger and not have to be scared about it falling through. I drive it every day about 50 miles a day and its never let me down its a great daily driver. It also needs something for the coolant temp guage to work and it needs a little gear in the trans for the speedo to work. Its got a short geared schricco 5 speed trans. I would want to trade for a historic ef hatch or a crx. stock motor is fine but a swap is preferred.

if i sold it for cash id have to say 1500 only because its my daily driver and i know how reliable it is and i have a spare truck that has no title but is 90% rust free with a rust free bed that i would throw in with the sale if i got what i am asking if not im just keeping the spare truck.
