I swapped my car to rhd and recently lost the key to the jdm ignition switch, does anyone know where I can get a key cut off of the jdm vin?

 

A locksmith should be able to do it.

I would try a diffrent locksmith.

 

hey man if it comes down to it i can get it done for you. im in the us military currently stationed in japan. all i would need is to have the vin and you could paypal me what ever it costs.

If all else fails, my friend at the honda dealership parts department told me that all ignitions after 1995 has the key code stamped on it. Its a four digit code, but i dont know exactly where on the ignition switch it is. If you have the code, the key (no immobilizer)is $2.36 cents.
