considering trying out a megaphone on my header,but before i spend the money i was wondering if it would be worth it to try it out? i was looking a the burns stainless w/reverse cone. the header i have is a rage big tube , motor is b20vtec 84.5 rs machine pistons. head - race pckg done by cccylinderheads, s2pro2 cams . victorx intake 68mm t/b . motor made 224/150. exaust was kteller 3inch w/vibrant muffler. any imput is appreciated. thanks

 

for what its worth, we picked up huge power using burns megaphone collector, but this was with burns' blueprinted header design for our specific application as well. lots of money, but i would say its worth it if your after every single hp you can get out of it

 

Depending on your header design. Most of the custom header I make will have a megaphone. But these are custom headers that are made to the motor specs and power band that is required.

usually the megaphone dimensions are part of the header design so its tough to say
