ITRCA looking for Volunteers
http://www.itrca.com/
We need Graphics/Webdesign Folks
AND
Programmers. Need people familiar with PHP.
If you guys have the time and wanna help out please give us a shout. Myself, Budman and sofreshandsoclean can all be IM'd for info. We are working hard to get the site up and running.
We are RE-writing the registry since the old database info was never given to us by the previous hosting company like was requested. Not a huge setback but it will require everone to re-register.
We are also looking to setup some dynamic content management that the region directors can maintain articles.
The forums are up for testing . . . .
That is about it at this point.

I could probably do a little programming. Don't know PHP, but got mad code skillz, so should be able to pick it up pretty quick.
How much of the old site do you have at this point? I found the FAQ quite helpful when prepping for my first HPDE. Would sure hate to lose that and the other reference materials.

I'd be glad to do some graphics stuff (photoshop?). Also, can we make it so that you cannot register 1991 type R's or 1996 USDM R's? Just an Idea...

okay boys & girls...here's ~ 4-5 hrs worth of play time for jeffy making 2 mockups. Feel free to give me the good/bad/other comments on both of them, so I can get a feel for scrapping them both or moving with one or the other.
Don't worry, you won't hurt my feelings
{I'll just drink more
that's all}

I really like the i-club.com page layout but the colors and graphics are a bit weak. A menu on the left to me is much better than stuff in the middle. The middle should be used for news and articles.

Already in the works. The registry will be all new and have stricter rules to what it allows to register. THe information input into the registry will creat a "car ID" that will have to pass a few things to be allowed and then canot be duplicated.
