okay so many months ago i purchased a blacktrax ported manifold and ran into a few problems in the process of bolting it on and such. First, i only put the top half of the manifold on the car and ran into idle surge and coolant leaks, those problems have since been fixed and i am now ready to put the other half of the manifold on but i have a few questions:
im unsure of whether or not i can swap a 4th generation manifold onto a 5th gen type SH, the reason for this question is because when i ordered my gasket kit, the top peices of the gasket fit fine, but when i line up the intake manifold -to- head, gasket, it doesnt seem to line up correctly at all...if it helps heres a link to the gasket i bought

The SH has some different part numbers from the base model for the manifold. I had started a thread a while ago but never got any conclusive answers.

Yes, theoretically the manifold runners should all be the same since the heads all have the same part number, so at the very least the ports should line up. So is it the gasket that is not lining up or the mani? Did they send you the h23 gasket?
