Default roaming idle but have the FITV removed w/ block off plate?

So i had a roaming idle befor Synapse motor sports made a block off plate, took care of the issue about 2 years ago. Not that long ago i started geting a roaming idle when the car is in netrual.

What would cause this? Could the little hole inside the T/B were it leads to the TPS sensor having some black stuff causing it to bounce, it goes from 900rpm to 1500 maybe 3 times 4 at most then sits back to idle.

I just have no idea as the FItV is always the issue with it but mines blocked off. Thanks for any helps guys

I had a similar issue once. It was my IACV. I took it off and cleaned it with brake cleaner.

yah i got it figured out after alot of trial and error and a new set of spark plugs. i tryed using just a rag and reaching in the IM and TB ended up making the car fall on its face and rev up even more. So i tryed spraying TB cleaner in the tb/im whiped it down start car it dyed got it started tryed to drive start missfiring and dyed. Couldnt figured out why untill i pulled the plugs and they were black as hell. Tossed in a extra set and it ran but still roamed.

the Fix there was that thing that sits on the back of the Intake Manifold has 2, 12mm bolts holding it in. Once it was off there was a screen on the left side of it and open on the other, sprayed it with BRAKE CLEANER) whiped it all down let it dry. Don't what ever you do pull the to hoses connected, I pulled one and warm coolant went everywere till i put my thumb over it and got it back onto the nipple. But anyways After cleaning that peice it idles back at 7-800rpm no more roaming. I'm going to pick up new NGK's as the ones i put in have like 25k on them
