Tips on making your interior smell good?
I've vacuumed and steamed cleaned the interior with shampoo. Problem is, once it dries, the interior starts to smell stale? Smells like it's damp (interior completely dry) would appreciate it if anyone would share some tips. I really have no idea. I've tried searching but no one really likes to share their "secret" Ty
sprinkle baking soda on your carpet and leave there a couple of days. Get it out by vacuming then put some more under your floor mats n leave there until you vaccum it out again. i also use meguiars order eliminator.

Just an idea. Try rubbing alcohol. One bottle is about $1. The current smell could be mold or bacteria. Alcohol will kill it. Try it on a spot to make sure it's safe for your (cloth) interior. Soak it enough, and make sure it goes deep into cushion.
The alcohol will kill the bad stuff and then evaporate with ventilation. And leave no residual smell.
* Note: I don't know if your car have power seats, heat, or side air bags, etc, etc. So know where the electrical stuffs are before you start. Maybe use a spray bottle for better focus.
