Default JDM ITR motor with OBD1 P28 USDM ECU DC2. VTEC Wiring?

Okay, so I have a 2000 Integra. Just put a JDM ITR swap in it and I am running an OBD1 Hondata shipped P28. The car is running like **** even after a tune up and has a code 22 for the pressure switch. Can someone help me out by telling me how to wired a USDM OBD1 ECU to a JDM VTEC solenoid with no pressure switch???
