I posted this in the Integra forum a few days ago, but didn't get any replies. I figure there are more knowlegable people in this forum . . .
please help! my wheels aren't on straigt, and I'm trying to figure out what suspension parts need to be replaced.

Well, I had a little excursion on a road course (Texas World Speedway). The problem wasn't on the road course, it was when my car went OFF of it, and was sliding around in the dirt.
I just got an alignment. The guy said he didn't see anything obviously bent, but the wheels aren't where they were before. The Left Rear wheel is the worst. The alignment printout is below.
Any idea what parts need to be replaced??? I am thinking the rear LCA, and maybe the trailing arm on the left side. but, nothing is "visably" bent.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
LF ------------- RF
-1.1 camber -.01
0.1 caster 0.3
-0.04 toe -0.04
LR ------------ RR
0.2 camber -1.4
0.69 toe -0.45
Cross Camber: -1.0
Cross Caster: -0.1
Total Toe: -.09
I want to go back to the track, but it looks like I have some work to do first.
Bye the way, my suspension is stock gs-r. Thanks.

Maybe you bent the rear upper arm on the rear right side. It's the most fragile of the three links (unless you have an adjustable camber kit back there).
So the guy at the alignment place did his best to adjust the suspension, and those are the best results he could get?
I'd check upper arm, lower arm, then trailing arm, in that order.

yeah, the guy spent 2hrs on it and that was as straight as it could get. I think one of my trailing arms is bent. I'll get someone to look at the uppers. It's hard to tell. I think everything is just bent slightly
Moral of the story: when at the track, SLOW in, fast out.
