- Car was used as a commuter car for college; regularly averaged 34-37mpg. Has power steering, A/C, dual front airbags. Clean/clear title in hand!
- I purchased the car from the original owner. I have every receipt for any service ever performed for the car. Should easily do at least another 100k miles

** Aftermarket five-spoke 14" wheels. Tires have been replaced within the last 10k miles
** OEM steel wheels/hubcaps with 13" snow tires (less than 3k miles on them)

** Changed oil this weekend with Mobil1 5w-30 full synthetic and OEM Honda oil filter

Maintenance performed Sept 2009 @ 150,700 miles:
** Misc dash light bulbs
** Valeo wiper blades
** Battery replaced
** Exhaust mid-pipe and rear muffler replaced
** Trans fluid flush/Passenger side axle seal replaced
** OEM Honda Water pump, thermostat, radiator cap, timing belt, tensioner, head gasket, ARP head studs

** Have receipts showing that the previous owner replaced struts, front axles/cv joints, vehicle speed sensor, struts, front axles/cv joints, fuel filter, valve cover gasket, etc

To be upfront, the car has typical Honda "cancer"/rust spots in the rear fender wells. The car also does not have a headliner. I had hit a tire retread on the highway with the front bumper a little while back, the driver side front bumper took the impact and the windshield washer reservoir leaks as well

Perfect candidate for a swap/track build!!!
