WTB: B series slave cylinder bracket

WTB: B series slave cylinder bracket
Hey guys I'm looking for the bracket that bolts up to the tranny and the line coming off of the slave cylinder.. I took this slave cylinder off of my D16Z6 and this dumb little bracket won't bolt up to my B16a.. its kind of hard to explain but I have a crappy picture to help

number 4 is what I need... hondapartsunlimited is only charging 9 bucks but their shipping rates are rediculous and the closest honda dealership is like 40min away
