I'm overhauling my suspension and will be going with Ground control's and Koni yellows. I've searched and came up with rates from F350-450/ R250-400.
This is my daily driver and occasional track car. I currently have Tein type basic which were a bit to stiff. I'm not sure what the spring rates were on them. I know this has been asked a **** load of times, just wanted a solid answer.

Spring rates are very hard to do without the car being present, alot of factors, driving style, weight distribution, tire sizes...etc....
with that in mind, the rates I have liked so far have been 400F, 450R and tires were 215/45/16 F, 205/50/16 R. this setup eliminated alot of the squat and helps powering out through the corners during autoX. Of course, these may not be to your liking for street driving or your driving style.

you can only do max spring rates that the off the shelf spec konis can handle, which from my phone call with tech support said something like 450 is most you should be using without ordering konis for higher specifications. You can run whatever spring rate, the life of the shock will be different.

/\Thanks for the info. I'll make a call to koni. Anyone else know their GC/Koni yellow spring rates?
As for some specs on my lude, 94 Base(no abs)
Battery relocated to the trunk in the Passenger rear corner. No ac/ps is the only weight reduction.
I'll probably end up using 94 accord 15x5 wheels with a decent sidewall tire(sorry that doesn't help for ****). Back to sandblasting parts, Thanks dudes!
