So i have a '91 civic & crx si both w/ sunroof it seems to be really weak and i tend to have to push it myself to close..sometimes doesnt wanna work..idk if its cus of a bad motor or the relay is bad? or maybe just the switch but i doubt it could be that. So anyone else have this problem before? what could it be? Also i have another quick question, what would i need to put power windows into my hatch? i know i need lhd handles w/ the power switches..but can i use the motor and window arm off a 4dr ef sedan?? or do i need to use the jdm or edm ones?

 

had that problem with my sunroof its the motor, i swapped it out and it works great now

 

Any power window switches will work. Either jdm, edm or usdm. They just wire up differently. You can even run the universal SPAL set up. I have the SPAL set up lying around as well as a set of jdm power window switches. Pm me if your interested.

 

How much did the motor cost you? what about for a New one? cus all the motors ive seen our ALL bad. And the jdm handles & switches are for rhd cars, so the main switches would be on the passenger side, unless i can flip it upside down but i doubt the brakcets for the handles would work like that..
