Default ECU wiring project gone bad?

Ok so bought this car and it had a jdm b16 in it. they used the stock jdm ecu and it looks like they tried to do some sort of e-manage off the side. there is another harness piggy backed on the harness before the obd2a-obd1 conversion.

Comes down to this, what is the harness called that goes from the ecu to the shock tower? im thinking of just buying a new conversion harness and shock tower to ecu harness.

Here are the phone pics of it. maybe i can just cut them all down and re-solder, but apartment parking lot is not my ideal work area.

The car runs, but Very rich, and i have a constant MAP sensor CEL. i pulled the throttle body off my ls/vtec, and put it on, still the issue. so i am thinking its this snake pit of chopped wires.

Any suggestions on this topic would be great

Unfortunately, since your car is a '96-'98, it's just 1 long harness from the ECU straight to the engine. Where Integras and '95 & later Civics have a 2-piece harness (ECU to shock tower & shock tower to engine). So if you wanted to replace the harness, you'll have to pull the whole thing.
