Default CODE 9 DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

Alright I have an 89 civic lx and I just finished the mpfi and obd1 conversion. Parts list include obd1 intake mani intake tb obd1 injectors obd1 dist and a p06 ecu. I have checked my wiring and it seams fine I have tried a obd2 dist wired for obd1 still code 9 and yes I reset the ecu also tried 3 different good ecu's. It's also bogging till about 4000 rpms I posted it here because the car is now obd1 and I was not getting much help from the ef forum i need some serious help this is my dd thanks guys I have tons of parts that I'd b willing to give away for the answere to my solution. Such as mint cargo cover for eg hatch so please help me

ok, i just had a code 9 on my z6. the code won't change with a different ecu, it's a sensor in the dizzy. my best advice
would be to buy a BRAND NEW dizzy for the motor u have, and just run the conversion harness, other than that
i don't c waht would fix ur problem. also u said ur wiring "seems" fine....i'd get someone to check it for u that
will kno for sure. gl bro

already tried a known working obd2 dist but i will b trying a known good obd1 dist tomorrow and i have tried several dif ecus . i have also checked ohms and its within specs. i even re wired the cyp sensor and i still throw code 9..

hmm, idk bro, maybe something is actually wrong with cyl 1 then...other than tht idk man sry

motor ran perfect before the mpfi and obd1 swap hmmmm im so confused
